Design
Our clients are given the opportunity to set as much of the criteria for the site as possible. There are significant limitations imposed by the Internet, or at least by the ability of todays technology to cope with things. Wonderful graphics take time to display, particularly on dial up modems or slow ISDN lines, and text only is boring to look at although it does display quickly.

Design covers a number of areas, not just the colour scheme of the site. Why the site is being commissioned in the first place is very important, who will be the visitors to the site and what will their expectations be? Each of these things need to be considered along with a raft of other items such as will the page content alter, frequently, occasionally or never, will the site sell products or services or is it a brochure? This is why we set time aside to talk our clients through the options because when we understand their vision we can tailor design the solution to fulfil their real need.

Client Editable Pages
From time to time there will be a need to freshen up, amend or simply change the contents of a web site. In the past the options were limited to getting the web developer to make such changes (and charge for the privilege) or to use something like Microsoft FrontPage that gave the site owner enough control over the site to completely destroy it by mistake.
